I begin to gather information the minute we answer the phone. First I will listen to you and answer any
questions you may have. I will then ask questions about your future home, to determine if you have any
specific areas of concern. I will also describe the inspection process. At that point, I are able to give you a
price for the inspection and schedule a date and time, (usually within 48 hours of your call). We will then
immediately contact the agent regarding access to the home.
I will arrive at the home 3-4 hours prior to the you. This allows the me the opportunity to cover an in-depth
inspection without distractions which may cause items to be missed. It also prevents the client from being
required to spend 3-4 hours at the home. I will then perform a complete walk through with you providing
information and training about the home, dicuss and review any concerns found, and print a report,
At the completion of the walk-through, the client will have a printed preliminary deficiency report (or emailed)
covering possibly hundreds points. The final report, that will be emailed to you within 24 hours, will include
details regarding each system of the home as well as written comments.
I offer a detailed inspection, a great narrative inspection report with photos, repair and maintenance procedure
and suggestions, approximate repair cost estimates when possible, and a very informative walk through with
you, room by room, inside and out, to explain the concerns and workings of the home.

Crescent Grange Hall No. 512 is an historic one-story wooden Grange hall located west of Martin Lake on
Typo Lake Road in Linwood Township, near East Bethel, Minnesota. It was built in 1881 in the frame
vernacular style of architecture. On December 26, 1979, Crescent Grange Hall No. 512 was added to the
National Register of Historic Places

Our Park and Recreation area is provided for individuals wishing information on Linwood's various parks. The
Linwood Park and Recreation Committee has provided township residents with several parks from which to
choose. All Linwood parks are located within a six-mile radius of the town hall and are open to the public.
